Dr. Mariam Ketait – Founder
As the founder of Pawsome Pals, Dr. Mariam Ketait brings a wealth of experience and passion for the care economy. A dedicated advocate for the role of service animals in enhancing well-being, Mariam’s vision is to create a world where humans and animals work together to support mental, emotional, and cognitive health. With her background as a doctor and her belief in holistic care, she founded Pawsome Pals to provide innovative solutions that integrate service animals into the lives of those who need them most.

Chantel – Human and Dog Companion, Admin Lead
Chantel is the heart of our team and leads the administrative side of Pawsome Pals. Her deep connection with both humans and dogs is what makes her so special. As our admin lead, she ensures that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly, from coordinating training schedules to managing user inquiries. Chantel’s love for animals, combined with her organisational skills, keeps Pawsome Pals running at its best and makes sure every user has the support they need.
Mira – Dog Shelter Owner and Advocate for Dog Care
Mira is a passionate dog shelter owner and advocate for animal welfare. With years of experience in rescuing and caring for dogs, she ensures that the service animals at Pawsome Pals are well taken care of and matched with the right individuals. Mira is deeply committed to promoting responsible dog care and works closely with our team to ensure that all dogs in the program receive the highest level of training and love. Her expertise in shelter management and advocacy is instrumental in helping us find the perfect companions for those who need them most.
